L\u2019exercice est plus difficile si l\u2019on ne s\u2019aime pas ou si l\u2019on voit le mal partout. En pratiquant la psychologie positive vous d\u00e9velopperez votre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter le meilleur dans n\u2019importe quelle situation. Il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019\u00eatre toujours positif mais de voir ce qu\u2019il y a de mieux \u00e0 chaque fois que c\u2019est possible. Cultivez votre vie, soyez en lien avec les autres et savourez les bons moments !<\/p>\n<h2>La gratitude qu\u2019est-ce que c\u2019est ?<\/h2>\n<p>La gratitude consiste \u00e0 exprimer sa reconnaissance envers quelqu\u2019un; les sp\u00e9cialistes de la psychologie positive disent que la gratitude contribue \u00e0 nous rendre plus heureux. Sans doute parce que la gratitude est l\u2019expression d\u2019\u00e9nergies et de sentiments positifs; une \u00e9nergie envoy\u00e9e vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, vers les autres.<br \/>\nN\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 exprimer votre gratitude autant que possible; sachez appr\u00e9cier toutes les belles choses de la vie, les gens qui vous entourent, qui vous sourient, votre nourriture, la nature\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>Exercice<\/h2>\n<p>Je vous propose de noter, tous les soirs, entre 3 et 5 moments de votre journ\u00e9e qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 positifs : soit pour exprimer une belle action du jour ou pour exprimer de la gratitude (vous pouvez les noter \u00e0 la fin de votre agenda par exemple).<span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1475420577624_22730\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1475420577624_22729\"> Entra\u00eenez-vous \u00e0 voir ce qu&rsquo;il y a de beau dans votre vie&#8230; au moins pour ce mois-ci.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sur ce,<br \/>\nBon d\u00e9fi !<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1475420577624_27472\"><strong>Citation : <\/strong><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1475420577624_27474\"><em id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1475420577624_27473\">\u00ab\u00a0Surveille tes <strong id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1475420577624_27475\">pens\u00e9es<\/strong>, elle deviennent des <strong>mots<\/strong>.
