Alors, pour garder le moral et nous concentrer sur le positif, nous nous sommes lanc\u00e9 le d\u00e9fi de tenir un carnet de gratitude pendant le mois de f\u00e9vrier !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le principe ? Noter (au moins) 3 choses chaque jour pour lesquelles on se sent reconnaissant\u00b7e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Ce rendez-vous avec soi-m\u00eame permet de porter son attention, de fa\u00e7on consciente et intentionnelle, sur toutes les petites choses qui nous font plaisir au quotidien. Inspir\u00e9e de la psychologie positive, cet exercice est non seulement bon pour le moral, mais aussi pour la sant\u00e9 et pour nos relations sociales ! Ressentir de la gratitude permet effectivement de r\u00e9duire le stress et l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et d\u2019avoir un sommeil de meilleure qualit\u00e9, en plus de changer notre regard sur le monde et d\u2019\u00e9liminer les pens\u00e9es toxiques. Avant d\u2019en ressentir les bienfaits, il faut toutefois pratiquer pendant plusieurs semaines. Ne vous jugez pas !<\/li><li>Choisissez le moment que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez : t\u00f4t le matin avant de commencer la journ\u00e9e ou bien avant d\u2019aller vous coucher le soir.<\/li><li>Vous pouvez aussi bien noter des petites choses qui, habituellement, vous paraissent insignifiantes, que des grands \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Chaque petit bonheur compte !<\/li><li>Choisissez un support d\u00e9di\u00e9 comme un cahier ou un notebook, ou notez directement vos gratitudes dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.my365.fr\/categorie\/agendas\/agendas-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agenda<\/a> ! Vous pouvez par exemple utiliser les calendriers mensuels de My Agenda 2021-2022, de <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.my365.fr\/produit\/my-2022-agenda-2022-semainier-a5-reliee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">My 2022<\/a> (comme l&rsquo;a fait Jennifer dans notre exemple), ou des <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.my365.fr\/categorie\/agendas\/simple\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agendas Simples<\/a>.
