Pour faire simple nous pouvons diviser la pratique en 2 grandes cat\u00e9gories :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><b>Le v\u00e9g\u00e9tarisme :<\/b><br \/>\nConsiste \u00e0 ne pas manger de chair animale : ni viande, ni poisson.<\/li>\n<li><b>Le v\u00e9g\u00e9talisme :<\/b><br \/>\nConsiste \u00e0 ne manger ni chair animale (comme les v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens) ni produit issu des animaux (oeuf, lait, miel&#8230;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De nombreuses personnes pratiquent aussi le <b>pesc\u00e9tarisme<\/b> qui consiste \u00e0 exclure la viande mais \u00e0 manger du poisson. Bien que proche du v\u00e9g\u00e9tarisme, ce r\u00e9gime n\u2019est pas \u00e0 proprement parler v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien.<\/p>\n<p>Quant au <b>v\u00e9ganisme<\/b>, dont on entend beaucoup parler, il va plus loin que le domaine de l\u2019alimentation en excluant aussi l&rsquo;exploitation des animaux dans tous les domaines (alimentation, loisirs, habillement&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce d\u00e9fi, vous pouvez choisir quelle pratique adopter en fonction de vos habitudes alimentaires et de votre motivation.<\/p>\n<h1>Pourquoi manger v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien ?<\/h1>\n<p>Il y a plein de bonnes raisons de manger v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien !<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><b>C\u2019est bon pour la sant\u00e9<br \/>\n<\/b>De nombreuses \u00e9tudes scientifiques indiquent qu&rsquo;une alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e favorise une plus grande esp\u00e9rance de vie et permet de diminuer le risque de maladies cardio-vasculaires et de certains cancers. L\u2019OMS (Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9) a quant \u00e0 elle d\u00e9j\u00e0 recommand\u00e9 de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/features\/qa\/cancer-red-meat\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">limiter la consommation de viande rouge et de viande transform\u00e9e<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><b>C\u2019est bon pour les animaux<\/b><br \/>\nOn pr\u00e9f\u00e8rerait l\u2019ignorer, mais les r\u00e9v\u00e9lations et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.l214.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">les vid\u00e9os publi\u00e9es par l\u2019association L214<\/a>, largement reprises dans la presse, montrent l\u2019horreur des conditions d\u2019\u00e9levage et d\u2019abattage des animaux. \u00c2mes sensibles s\u2019abstenir.<\/li>\n<li><b>C\u2019est bon pour la plan\u00e8te<\/b><br \/>\nSurconsommation d&rsquo;eau et d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, d\u00e9gradation de la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;eau, \u00e9mission de CO2, d\u00e9forestation, r\u00e9sistance aux antibiotiques\u2026 La consommation de viande dans la quantit\u00e9 actuelle <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Impact_environnemental_de_la_production_de_viande\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">n&rsquo;est pas soutenable du point de vue de l&rsquo;environnement<\/a> !<\/li>\n<li><b>C\u2019est bon pour le porte-monnaie<\/b><br \/>\nEn v\u00e9rit\u00e9 cela d\u00e9pend de votre consommation habituelle. Si l\u2019on compare avec une consommation de viande \u201chaut de gamme\u201d, le r\u00e9gime v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien sera probablement moins cher. Mais compar\u00e9 \u00e0 un budget standard dans la grande distribution, le budget d\u2019une famille v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne sera sans doute \u00e9quivalent.<\/li>\n<li><b><b>C\u2019est bon pour le palais<\/b><\/b><br \/>\nLa cuisine v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne c\u2019est bon !<br \/>\nSi vous n\u2019\u00eates pas convaincu, pourquoi ne pas <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vegan-mafia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aller manger dans un restaurant v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien<\/a> ? Vous y d\u00e9couvrirez sans aucun doute de nouvelles saveurs&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Et les apports nutritionnels dans tout \u00e7a ?<\/h1>\n<p>Le mythe du v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien carenc\u00e9 a malheureusement la vie dure !<br \/>\nAlors sachez-le, un r\u00e9gime v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 comble tous les besoins, aussi bien pour les enfants que les adultes, les sportifs ou m\u00eame les femmes enceintes\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de notre d\u00e9fi, vous pouvez manger v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien un jour par semaine les yeux ferm\u00e9s. Si vous souhaitez aller plus loin, en fonction de la pratique que vous choisirez, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegetarisme.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1\/2012\/06\/guide-vegetarien-debutant.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">il conviendra de composer des menus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s<\/a> incluant diverses sources de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, fer, calcium, vitamines\u2026 Mais \u00e7a, c\u2019est ce que nous devrions tous faire \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<h1>Comment se lancer ?<\/h1>\n<p>Manger v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien une fois par semaine c\u2019est beaucoup plus facile qu\u2019on ne l\u2019imagine. Sans vous en rendre compte il vous arrive sans doute de faire de temps en temps un repas voire m\u00eame une journ\u00e9e v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne. R\u00e9galez-vous !<\/p>\n<h1>Un peu d&rsquo;inspiration<\/h1>\n<p>A la maison c&rsquo;est 100% v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien !
